Compliance statement

Vellure (vellurefans.com) is not the producer (primary or secondary) of any of the visual content hosted on this platform. Vellure operates exclusively as a hosting and distribution service for content produced and uploaded by independent, verified creators.

Producer obligations

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, every content producer on this platform is contractually required to:

• verify, prior to production, that every person depicted in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production, by examining valid, government-issued photo identification;
• maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations for every depicted person;
• make those records available for inspection as required by law and provide copies to Vellure upon request within 72 hours.

Platform safeguards

In addition to producers' statutory obligations, Vellure independently verifies the identity and age of every creator account before any publishing rights are granted, and requires documented consent and age records for all co-performers as a condition of the Creator Agreement.

Records requests and complaints

Requests concerning age-verification records for specific content, and reports of any content suspected of depicting a minor, should be directed to [email protected] or [email protected]. Suspected-minor reports are treated with the highest priority: the content is removed immediately pending review, and confirmed cases are reported to the relevant authorities.
