Content Removal Policy

Vellure is committed to hosting only lawful, consensual adult content. If content on our platform violates your rights or our rules, we want to know — and we will act quickly. This page explains how to submit a removal request and what happens next.

What you can report

• Non-consensual content: you (or a person you legally represent) appear in content that you never consented to, or you withdraw consent to its continued distribution.
• Suspected minor: content that may depict a person under 18. These reports receive the highest priority and may be escalated to authorities and child-safety organizations.
• Copyright infringement (DMCA): your copyrighted work was uploaded without authorization.
• Impersonation: an account is pretending to be you or your brand.
• Other illegal content or violations of our Terms of Service.

How to submit a request

Choose either channel — both reach our compliance team directly:

• E-mail: [email protected] (for copyright claims you may also use [email protected])
• Our contact form — select the appropriate subject.

Please include:

• the exact URL(s) of the content or profile concerned;
• the reason for removal (category from the list above);
• for consent-related reports: a statement that you appear in the content and did not consent, plus any information that helps us verify your identity (we handle this data confidentially);
• for copyright claims: identification of the copyrighted work, your ownership or authority to act, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature;
• your contact details for follow-up.

What happens next

• Every report is acknowledged and reviewed by a human moderator.
• Reported non-consensual material and suspected-minor content is disabled or removed within 24 hours of a substantiated report, and in urgent cases immediately upon receipt while the review proceeds.
• Copyright and other reports are resolved within seven (7) business days.
• If the reported person disputes the complaint, both sides may submit information; the content remains disabled while a consent dispute is unresolved.
• We will inform you of the outcome at the contact address you provide.

Counter-notification (copyright)

If your content was removed due to a copyright claim you believe is mistaken, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] including the removed material's URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your signature.

Abuse of this process

Knowingly false reports waste resources that protect real victims and may result in account termination and liability under applicable law (including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for fraudulent DMCA notices).
