This Privacy Policy explains how Vellure ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use vellurefans.com. We designed Vellure to collect the minimum data necessary to operate a safe, legally compliant adult content platform.

• Identity verification (creators only): government ID images and verification selfies, collected solely to verify age and identity before allowing content publication.
• Age verification (visitors): site entry age checks are performed by our independent age-verification partner. We receive only a pass/fail result — we never receive or store your ID documents, face scans, or payment details used for age verification.
• Payment data: payments are processed by external payment processors. We store transaction references, amounts, and statuses — never card numbers or wallet private keys.
• Content and activity: content you upload, messages, comments, follows, purchases, and stream activity.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and approximate country (derived locally on our servers from your IP; no external geolocation service receives your IP for this purpose).

2. How we use your data

• To provide the Service: accounts, subscriptions, messaging, payouts, live streams.
• To comply with the law: age and identity verification, record-keeping obligations, responding to lawful requests.
• To keep the platform safe: fraud prevention, moderation, enforcement of our Terms.
• To communicate with you: transactional e-mails (verification, receipts, security alerts) and optional notifications you control in your settings.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Media is stored in private cloud storage and served only through access-controlled, short-lived signed URLs. Passwords are hashed with modern algorithms. Access to verification documents is restricted to authorized moderation staff.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure is located in Europe. Where data is transferred internationally to a service provider, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Minors
