Terms of Service

Welcome to Vellure ("Vellure", "we", "us", "our"), operated at vellurefans.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vellure platform, including all content, features, and services offered on or through the site (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced here, including the Creator Agreement, the Content Removal Policy, and the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility — adults only

The Service contains adult-oriented content and is strictly limited to persons who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We use independent age-verification technology at site entry and may require additional verification at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately and relevant data may be reported to the competent authorities.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Creators and identity verification

Only users who have successfully completed our identity (KYC) verification may publish content on Vellure. Creators are additionally bound by the Creator Agreement. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or revoke creator status at our discretion, including where verification documents are incomplete, expired, or suspected to be fraudulent.

4. Content rules

You may not upload, publish, stream, or share content that:

• depicts or involves any person under 18 years of age, or any person who appears to be under 18;
• was created or is being shared without the documented consent of every person depicted;
• depicts non-consensual acts, violence, coercion, incapacitation, or any illegal activity;
• infringes any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other proprietary right;
• constitutes harassment, doxxing, hate speech, or threats against any person;
• promotes escort services, human trafficking, or prostitution;
• contains malware, spam, or deceptive practices.

We use a combination of human moderation and automated tooling to review content. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, where we believe these Terms have been violated.

5. Licenses to content

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By posting content on the Service, you grant Vellure a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, distribute, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted from the Service, subject to reasonable backup retention periods and legal preservation obligations.

Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to view content through the Service. Downloading, recording, screenshotting, re-uploading, or redistributing any content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and wallet

Payments on Vellure are processed by third-party payment providers, including cryptocurrency payment processors. Prices are shown before you confirm any purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select; you can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Wallet top-ups and cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all payments are non-refundable, including payments for subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, and streams. Chargeback abuse and fraudulent payment activity will result in account termination.

7. Creator earnings and payouts

Creator earnings, platform fees, minimum payout thresholds, and payout schedules are described in the Creator Agreement and in your creator dashboard. We may withhold or reverse earnings connected to fraudulent, refunded, or infringing transactions.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service; probe or breach any security measures; use the Service through automated means; impersonate any person; circumvent geo-restrictions, age verification, or content access controls; or interfere with the operation of the Service in any way.

9. Content removal and complaints

If you believe content on Vellure infringes your rights or was published without your consent, please follow our Content Removal Policy. We take such reports extremely seriously and act quickly, including removal of reported non-consensual material within 24 hours of a substantiated report.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licenses necessary to resolve disputes, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we endorse or guarantee any content published by creators.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellure and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by e-mail. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
