Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") applies to every user who publishes content on Vellure ("Creator", "you"). It supplements the Terms of Service; in case of conflict regarding creator matters, this Agreement prevails.

1. Verification requirement

You may publish content only after completing identity verification. You must be at least 18 years old and submit a valid government-issued ID. You agree to re-verify upon request. Providing false or altered documents results in immediate, permanent termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings derived from fraudulent activity.

2. Consent and co-performers — zero tolerance

For every person appearing in your content, you must, before uploading:

• verify they are at least 18 years old at the time of production, and hold a copy of their valid government ID;
• obtain their written, informed consent to the recording and to its distribution on Vellure (including any paywall setting you choose);
• keep these records available and provide them to us within 72 hours upon request.

Uploading content featuring any person without documented age verification and consent is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in content removal and account termination. See also our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement.

3. Content ownership and responsibility

You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for it. You represent that you own or have licensed all necessary rights (including music, trademarks, and locations where applicable) and that your content complies with our Terms and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where it is made available.

4. Earnings and fees

You earn revenue from subscriptions, pay-per-view unlocks, tips, and paid streams. The platform fee and your revenue share are displayed in your creator dashboard at all times. We may adjust fees prospectively with at least 30 days' notice; fee changes never apply retroactively to earnings already accrued.

5. Payouts

Withdrawals can be requested once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold shown on the withdrawal page. Payouts are processed to the payout method you configure. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. We may delay or withhold payouts where fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations are being investigated.

6. Taxes

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Vellure. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes applicable to your earnings in your jurisdiction.

7. Prohibited creator conduct

• Uploading content that violates the content rules in the Terms of Service;
• advertising or arranging in-person sexual services;
• directing fans to off-platform payment methods to circumvent platform fees;
• artificially inflating engagement or earnings through self-purchases or coordinated fraud;
• re-uploading another creator's content without documented rights.

8. Removal, suspension, and termination

We may remove content or suspend creator privileges immediately where legal compliance, user safety, or payment-network rules require it. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting your account; accrued, legitimate earnings above the payout minimum will be paid out in the normal payout cycle.

9. Records and audits

We maintain records required of platform operators, and you agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance audits, including requests for age and consent documentation described in Section 2.
